The Coast Guard says other nearby boats helped evacuate the men. They have since been transferred to receive emergency medical care. Environment Canada has issued strong wind warnings for the Juan de Fuca Straits and says winds could reach up to 20 to 30 knots or about 43 to 65 km / h on Monday and Tuesday.
