This is an impressive set of topics – I’m sure finding even three possible topic entries was an incredible undertaking, and even more impressive is the fact that Mr. Won identified three more potential topics in his notes. Take a look!

Manufacturer’s notes

My older sister first introduced me to crossword puzzles when I was in high school and was visiting home from college. I loved dealing with her, but in the years that followed, my crossword puzzles were mostly limited to in-flight magazines and the back cover of my college newspaper. But during the pandemic lockdown, doing crossword puzzles helped me maintain logic. They gave me a subscription to the New York Times (thanks Phil!) And the crossword puzzle became part of my daily routine. I started recording videos as I solved the puzzles and posted them on YouTube to share with friends. Even when we were all stuck at home, we would meet at Zoom to discuss and solve crossword puzzles and crypts together. All this enigma made me think about how the crossword puzzles are assembled and what topics I really like. I hope that discovering the subject of my puzzle will bring you some joy. Other topics I thought about were the LITTLE FINGER and the BLACK SESAME. I also wonder how many people have PET lobsters. Special thanks to Liz Chen, Alex Lazar and Oriana Wen, who are excellent test takers and even better friends.
