Henry died in March 2021 after six months in the care of assistants at the home of his son Thomas in Holmes, New York. In the February incident, the catheter was eventually removed from him, causing him to fall. The assistant then pulled him to his feet and pushed him back onto the bed, pushing him into a supine position without checking for injuries. In another clip, shot on November 28, 2020, Henry appears to be staggering around the apartment while his shift assistant was talking. A male assistant, who according to the family was not even going to work, was lying on the couch watching TV with his feet up. As soon as they examined the plans taken in the basement that transported Henry to the hospital, they learned their extent. “This is a travesty and can happen to anyone’s parent or family member.
