The investigation has begun after the death of a man who was found burning in a park in west London in the early hours of Monday. Police were called by the London Fire Department at 4.37am. at Belvue Park in Northolt. No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing, police said. PA The death is being treated as a suspect and detectives from the Met’s Special Crime Administration are leading the investigation into the discovery.

Police are working to locate the deceased and inform his closest relatives. An autopsy-necropsy will be performed in the following days. The London Fire Department said it had been called to report fire at 4.19am. and the incident had ended at 4.56 p.m. A Northolt Fire Department fire truck rushed to the scene. Chief Inspector Detective Claire Hein, Senior Investigative Officer, said: “This is a complex and rapid investigation and we are working to gather the facts that led to this person losing his life. “Our top priority at this stage is to identify the person involved, so that his family can be informed. We are also conducting house-to-house surveys and examining CCTV to create a timeline of who was in the area at the time of the fire. “ Chief Superintendent Sean Wilson, in charge of local policing in Ealing, said he was “shocked and saddened” by the discovery.
