Big shock, small bikes As one would expect from Marzocchi, the Bomber Air is made to be tough. It has a DH rating for use with the biggest bikes for the biggest hits. With the off-axle tank, however, it also brings this harsh behavior to short bikes. There are more and more road bikes being built for aggressive riding, such as the Norco Optic or the Canyon Spectral 125, and Marzocchi wanted to create a shock that worked for that as well. So the Bomber Air is available in a huge range of sizes, in Metric and Trunnion mounting options.

Large volume for better flow The inclination of the air tank allows the Marzocchi to hold the Bomber Air at high volume. The larger volume of oil and the easier flow between the main shock absorber and the tank, produces more stable performance in a wider range of characteristics, from small jumps to large hits and large descents. Easily accessible compression settings allow you to fine-tune this performance, even when you’re off the trail. Like Marzocchi forks, the adjustment knobs are designed to be easily accessible and easy to use, so you do not need an engineering degree to get the most out of your bike. If the levers do not provide enough adjustment, Marzocchi offers air volume spacers in 0.1 CI increments. There are also spacers that reduce travel if you decide you want less bounce.
