Google Street View A couple of 14-year-old friends lost their lives when their all-terrain vehicle hit a tree on Thursday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol announced. According to the CHP, Michael Bazan, Noah Lichwa and their 15-year-old friend were riding in a quad ATV in Margaret Lane, Winters, California, when the vehicle veered off the road.
