The London Police Department (LPS) has had a regular truck parked outside a unit in a complex on Shelborne Street since Saturday morning, urging the occupant to get out.
Police have repeatedly told a man through a loudspeaker to “get out with nothing in your hands” and that “they are securing a warrant”.
Police say the turmoil was linked to shooting reports within a facility near Pond Mills and Commissioners Road at 2:30 am.
No injuries were reported.

Police had a strong presence on Selborne Street, where police officers with regular equipment and the emergency unit held around.
Residents of the mansion complex were asked to stay out of sight of the unit, but were able to move freely in the area until later, when some residents were evacuated.
However, around 4:40 p.m. it was discovered that the suspected police officers believed to be inside the house were not there.
